Every DiamondIQ plan is built to run without us. Your staff can enter scores, manage the roster, and update the schedule from the dashboard. Managed Operations is for the work you'd rather hand off — not for keeping the platform running.

What you never pay for
Platform upkeep, security patches, updates, and bug fixes are part of your platform fee. Uptime is our job, not a line item.
Blocks are prepaid and valid for 12 months. We estimate the work and get your approval in writing before we start — you will never receive an invoice you didn't agree to first.

Join DiamondIQ as one of our first five programs and receive 40% off your first-year platform fee, plus a written three-year price lock — your rate cannot rise while the lock is in force. In exchange, we ask for a written case study. Founding terms are locked in writing before onboarding begins.
One season. Then a clean slate.
Season Pass gives one team the full Team Analytics platform for a single defined season, then deletes it. When the season closes, your data is returned to you, athlete records are deleted from our systems within 30 days under our retention policy, and we issue a deletion certificate. By design, not by request. Season Pass data does not roll over — if you come back, you start fresh.
$1,749 per season — $999 platform + $750 setup, charged each season
Standard scope: one team, one defined season (maximum six months), one roster, one data export, deletion certificate at close.
Upgrading to an annual plan? Your most recent setup fee is credited toward annual onboarding.
What every plan includes
Our youth-data commitment
Youth athlete records default to private. Nothing about a minor is published without an active, signed consent on file — enforced by the database, not by policy documents alone. If you ever leave DiamondIQ, your data is returned to you and deleted from our systems within 30 days, in accordance with our retention policy. We publish this because families deserve to know it before they ask.
Pricing questions
- Why is there a setup fee?
- Setup covers tenant provisioning, branding, role configuration, roster loading, and youth consent/retention setup. Governance is part of onboarding, not an afterthought.
- Can we pay per season instead of per year?
- Annual plans cover the full year with season rollover included — your team's home doesn't disappear in the off-season, and your athletes' development history carries forward. If you truly run a single season, Season Pass gives you the full platform for one season, with athlete data deleted at season's end.
- What is Managed Operations?
- Optional hands-on help with the work around the platform — season schedule setup, migrating prior seasons, roster onboarding, stat cleanup, custom reports. It's billed hourly in prepaid blocks and scoped in writing before any work begins. It is not required to run DiamondIQ, and platform maintenance is never billed separately.
- How does DiamondIQ compare to GameChanger or SportsEngine?
- Those are excellent scoring and registration apps, and they're free to coaches because families pay. On DiamondIQ, families never pay and never see ads — programs do. DiamondIQ is your program's own platform: branded, isolated, and governed for youth data.
- What happens to our data if we cancel?
- Returned to you, then deleted within 30 days. Youth consent records are handled per the retention policy you signed at onboarding.
